Dr. Pam has been in healthcare since the late 1970s. She practiced as a Registrered Nurse primarily in the Emergency Department, for thirteen years. After receiving a Masters Degree in Business and climbing the ladder into hospital administration, she realized that her passion was with direct patient care and not behind a desk. She returned to school and received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Baylor College of Dentistry in 1996. She began a solo practice in Richardson and then bought two practices in Plano. She combined all three practices and provided care in Plano through 2009.

Dr. Pam taught Oral Surgery at Baylor College of Dentistry between 1996 and 2007. She enjoyed playing a part in the clinical education of third and fourth year dental students as they prepared to graduate. She also has served as a mentor to dental students, helping them earn credit while observing in her private practice. It assisted them as they prepared to transition into their own careers and provided an opportunity to observe the business aspects of a dental practice, as well as procedures. Dr Pam serves as a clinical site for the Grayson County College dental assisting program and serves as clinical faculty for rhe radiology portion of their training.

In 2007, Dr. Pam moved to Lake Texoma in semi-retirement to be close to the boat she has had on the lake since 2000. Soon after moving, it became evident that there was a need for a dentist in Pottsboro. Within a few months, she made the commitment to start a brand new practice in Pottsboro. When not in the office, you can find Dr. Pam out on the lake. Occasional travel is also one of her passions, usually to tropical destinations. While at home, Dr. Pam enjoys cooking and spending quite evenings with her dogs.

Natalie is originally from Oklahoma. She moved to Texas in 2005. Natalie is a Certified Respiratory Therapist and practiced actively for 7.5 years primarily in the Neonatal Intensive Care and Pediatric Intensive Care. She is passionate about her new career as a Dental Assistant and has been in the practice since it's opening in October 2007. During off time, she enjoys the lake and travel.

Michelle (two "L") was born and raised in Denison. She graduated from Midwestern State University in 2005 with a Bachelor's in Dental Hygiene and began practicing in Denison. She has been with Dr Pam since the opening of the practice in 2007. She is married to Jason and they have three girls, Kara, Brady, and Kady. She enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Michele (one "L") is the sister of Dr. Pam and assisted in opening the new dental practice in Pottsboro in 2007. Michele's husband, Ray, and son Deonte fell in love with the town and moved from Carrollton. Michele has three grown children, a son in law and a granddaughter. They all enjoy coming to visit Lake Texoma. Michele is no stranger to dental office management. She managed Dr. Pam's Plano office for 10 years after leaving the construction accounting industry. Michele, as a certified assistant, can step in and help out clinically when needed. She is usually the first contact a new patient has to the office and creates a welcome environment, especially for those patients who are a little anxious about coming to the dentist.

Tammy was born and raised in the North Texas area and graduated from Pottsboro High School. She attended TWU where she graduated in 2004 with her Bachelor's in Dental Hygiene. She began practicing in Sherman in 2004. In August of 2010, she graduated from Texas A&M University with her Master's of Education. She had the opportunity to teach as a clinical instructor at TWU for several years and enjoyed encouraging and motivating students in the Dental Hygiene Program. She has been at Dr Pam's office since 2008 and is excited to be a part of the team full time now. When Tammy is not working, she enjoys spending time with friends and family and being involved in her church.

Amanda was born in Colorado, but has been in Texas since she was 6 yrs old and can't imagine being anywhere elso. She has two brothers and two sisters. Amanda and her husband, Curtis, have two dogs and live in Sherman. Amanda enjoys going to the lake, making flower arrangements and decorating. She holds certification as a pharmacy technician and is currently working on her prerequisites for dental hygiene school.
